Diwali- The Festival of The Lights at L Hotel Seminyak Bali, 15 October 2015 — In celebration of Diwali, the Indian festival of lights, L Hotel Seminyak will host an authentic festival between 10-16 November 2015 with it’s main event on November 11, 2015.

Diwali is a national holiday in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Guyana, and many other countries. It is one of the most important festivals of the year and is celebrated in families by performing traditional activities together in their homes. Diwali involves the lighting of small clay lamps filled with oil to signify the triumph of good over evil. Celebrants wear new clothes through the festival and share sweets and snacks with family members and friends.

Guest can experience a myriad of culinary delights at our Luna roofbar. Indian food has a lot of tastes and spices and our resident chef has crafted a unique yet traditional Indian menu. Our Luna Roof Bar, will also be decorated to make the ambiance more lively akin to the colors of the festival. Music and fun activities can be enjoyed on the 11th of November when the party will be held.

Diwali Food Festival, 10-16 November 2015:
Throughout this six days, our kitchen will craft a delicious traditional Indian delicacy. Tandoor Bites such as Chicken Tikka, Prawn Tandoor and Red Snapper Tandoor are grilled in a real Tandoor oven. Famous Indian beverages like Masala Tea and Honey Lassi are also available to accompany your Diwali experience.

Festival of The Lights Celebration, 11 November 2015:
The main event of the celebration will be held on November 11, 2015. The party will start at 6pm with free entry for all in-house and outside guests. Beside the special Indian bites, selected cocktails at the Romantic Punjab Bar will also available with 50% off . We have a Henna Tattoo corner where guests can enjoy at additional purchase. Hot Punjab beats will complete the night with pumping beat.
