Laundry and Pressing Service

We offer high quality laundry services should you require it. Laundry picked up by 9am will be returned the same day, while laundry picked up after 9am will be returned the following day. There will be an extra charge for express service (4-hours return service, from 8am – 5pm). Laundry bags and forms are located inside your wardrobe. Please complete and sign the laundry list, then place it in the laundry bag. Simply let your L Butler take care of it!

I Gede Suardiana – A Butler from The Heart

For more than 14 years in hospitality industry and 8 years in Butler service I Gede Suardiana has contributed massively in L Hotel Seminyak as a Chief Butler & Room Manager. In order to achieve his career now, he’s been trained and certified by Mr. Robert Watson from The Guild of English Professional Butler from England, when he was in the Middle East worked for one of the luxury property.

“My service passion has driven me to be a caring and intuitive Butler. I started study in Bali Hotel and Tourism Training Institute in Nusa Dua and gradually grew from year to year. I think I’m born as a natural Butler. The role of a butler is second nature for me.” says Gede.

Gede has been the core of this achievement, not just he is a good butler but he is also a good leader for his team.
